Job Title: Robotic Welder Operator
Job Description
Join a dynamic team where you'll operate robotic welding machines, assist with machine setup, and engage in various fabrication duties to meet production goals. You will work Monday to Thursday, ten-hour day shifts, and receive comprehensive training to perform your tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Operate robotic welding machines with training provided.
+ Assist in machine setup, with training available.
+ Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on machines, with training offered.
+ Work collaboratively to achieve departmental production goals.
+ Load parts into the machine and check them for quality.
+ Assist in other fabrication-related duties.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience operating machines or working with metals.
+ Familiarity with visual inspections or precision measuring is a plus.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt.
+ Ability to work as a part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in using production tools such as grinders, sanders, power tools, and tape measures.
+ Experience with deburring, sanding, and woodworking.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Clair, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
