Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our service team, specializing in agricultural construction, de-construction, and rigging. This role involves working on dismantling grain equipment within processing plants or building and dismantling grain elevators and conveyors. You will be part of a dynamic team that operates locally, servicing repeat customers and maintaining ongoing service agreements with various plants. The work primarily involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble or erect steel structures as required for equipment.

+ Interpret shop drawings for accurate equipment installation.

+ Perform non-critical welding tasks (Stick welding)

+ Establish equipment or machinery center lines and elevations.

+ Conduct complex riggings with precision.

+ Install equipment, machinery, or components, ensuring anchoring, leveling, and aligning.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum 2-3 years experience working as a millwright

+ At least 1 year of experience in stick welding.

+ 6 months of experience in job site welding or fabrication.

+ Must be comfortable working from heights and in small spaces.

Additional Information

+ 1st shift, typical hours being 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. May vary depending on project needs.

+ Weekly pay + benefits on day 1!

+ If traveling - $115 per diem + company vehicle provided + hotel expenses paid for! If flying is necessary, airfare will also be covered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
