Procurement Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Ohio and offers a first shift schedule, working Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our shipping area, managing purchase orders, and handling invoicing.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in the shipping area to ensure smooth operations.

+ Enter and manage data in Excel spreadsheets.

+ Handle purchase orders efficiently and accurately.

+ Manage invoicing processes.

+ Receive and process incoming products.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in procurement and purchasing processes.

+ Experience with purchase orders and invoicing.

+ Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formula navigation.

+ Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in contract management is a plus.

Work Environment

The position operates during the first shift from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The work environment is structured around supporting shipping operations and involves regular use of Excel for data management. Dress code is business casual, reflecting a professional but comfortable workplace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
