Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Ohio and offers a first shift schedule, working Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our shipping area, managing purchase orders, and handling invoicing.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in the shipping area to ensure smooth operations.
+ Enter and manage data in Excel spreadsheets.
+ Handle purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
+ Manage invoicing processes.
+ Receive and process incoming products.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in procurement and purchasing processes.
+ Experience with purchase orders and invoicing.
+ Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formula navigation.
+ Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in contract management is a plus.

Work Environment
The position operates during the first shift from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The work environment is structured around supporting shipping operations and involves regular use of Excel for data management. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
