    Job Title: Production Worker

    **Location:** Ocala, FL 34470

    **Pay:** $15/hr

    **Shift:** 3rd (10:45pm-7:15am)

    **Position type:** 3 month contract-to-hire

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working around injection molding machines, gathering products once they have been processed, and stacking them in designated areas. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the proper flow of the machine and learning the operation of the injection molding machine.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collect products from molding machines and stack them in designated areas.

    + Assist in maintaining the proper flow of the injection molding machine to ensure efficient production.

    + Learn the operation and maintenance of injection molding machines to support production activities.

    + Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

    + Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

    + Record production data and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

    + Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

    + Good communication and teamwork skills.

    Qualifications:

    + Execution of duties may include repetitive lifting, reaching, standing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, bending and hand usage.

    + Ability to have good eye & hand coordination to see and use various tools & machines.

    + Ability to reach and stretch into and over machines and their components.

    + Ability to lift 35 pounds or more occasionally and lesser weights more frequently.

    + Ability to stand for long periods of time. Approximately 90% of the time on the job is spent standing up.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
