    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor the quality of products and stack orders based on daily requirements. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and comfort with inventory counting. You must be able to lift up to 25lbs repetitively and be prepared to stand for over 10 hours a day.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull and pack products onto pallets.

    + Monitor product quality and stack orders based on daily requirements.

    + Perform inventory counting with high attention to detail.

    + Stand for over 10 hours per day.

    Essential Skills

    + Warehouse experience.

    + Production knowledge.

    + General labor skills.

    + Picking and packing proficiency.

    + Ability to use RF scanners.

    + Experience with inventory management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a picker/packer.

    + Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes shifts from 7AM - 3:30PM or 3:30PM - 12AM, with extended hours requiring work from 5AM - 3:30PM or 3:30PM - 2AM, respectively. The facility is non-climate controlled but not excessively hot. Employees must adhere to GMP guidelines, wearing hairnets or beard coverings as needed. Jewelry is limited to medical alerts and plain wedding bands. False eyelashes, nails, body glitter, and exposed nail polish are prohibited, as are perfumes and after-shave.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
