Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electronics Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in electronic assembly and a passion for leading and mentoring others. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling complex electronic components, troubleshooting low-voltage systems, and guiding a team of assemblers to ensure quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and support a team of electronic assemblers in daily operations.
+ Assemble and wire electronic components, including relays, contact panels, and circuit boards.
+ Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to test and troubleshoot low-voltage systems.
+ Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of assembly procedures and test results.
+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
+ Train new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
+ Proven experience with relays, multimeters, contact panels, and low-voltage troubleshooting.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
+ High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
