    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are a small but growing company looking for entry-level production help to run our staining line. Join us in a dynamic environment where your contributions will be valued.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate industrial stain spraying machines.

    + Perform woodworking tasks including sanding, staining, and painting.

    + Use hand tools effectively for various tasks.

    + Ensure timely completion of production goals.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with woodworking or related manufacturing.

    + Proficiency in operating machinery.

    + Ability to use hand tools.

    + Good time management and punctuality.

    + Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in staining and painting.

    + Previous machine operating experience.

    Work Environment

     

    Our facility focuses on finishing work for wood doors and millwork. Currently, space is limited as we have outgrown our new building, but we maintain a productive and efficient work environment.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
