    Job Title: Plumber/Pipefitter

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Plumbers/Pipefitters in a heavy commercial setting. Candidates should possess commercial or industrial experience ranging from 2nd year apprentices to foremen. Essential skills include underground to rough-in expertise, and experience with EVC, cast iron, and copper. Installation proficiency is required, and layout experience is highly advantageous. Candidates should have experience in brazing and soldering, and be able to read and fully understand blueprints.

    Responsibilities

    + Work in heavy commercial settings across Denver and Boulder.

    + Perform underground and rough-in plumbing tasks.

    + Install and work with EVC, cast iron, and copper piping.

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Engage in brazing and soldering tasks.

    + For pipefitters, connect equipment such as boilers, chillers, and pumps in mechanical rooms.

    + Bring and utilize personal hand tools suitable for their experience level.

    + Attend project-specific orientations and adhere to safety protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in commercial or industrial plumbing or pipefitting.

    + Proficiency in installation and layout.

    + Ability to read and understand blueprints.

    + Brazing and soldering expertise.

    + Experience with EVC, cast iron, and copper.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical room experience for pipefitters.

    + Enrollment in an apprenticeship program is beneficial.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in heavy commercial buildings with a schedule of 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday. There may be opportunities for overtime and occasional Saturday work. Steel-toed boots are required, and hard hats and vests will be provided if needed.

    This is a Contract position based out of Broomfield, Colorado.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
