•What You’ll Do:

Operate and maintain a variety of advanced production machinery in a clean, climate-controlled industrial printing and bindery environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

•️Essential Skills & Experience:

+ Industrial Equipment Operation:Skilled in running multiple types of production machinery.

+ Mechanical Aptitude:Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

+ Lean Manufacturing:Familiarity with continuous improvement processes.

+ Measurement Tools:Proficient with rulers and other precision tools.

+ Communication:Clear verbal and written communication skills.

+ Multi-Machine Operation:Comfortable managing several machines simultaneously.

•️Machinery You May Work With:

+ Perfect binders (up to 40-station collators)

+ 3-knife trimmers, inline boxers, palletizers

+ Hard-cover casing-in lines

+ Collating/kitting lines (up to 30 streamfeeder stations)

+ Packaging/cartoning lines, mail lines

+ Aster sewing machines, hot foil stampers

•Document & Safety Skills:

+ Able to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and production orders.

+ Committed to wearing PPE (steel toe shoes, ear protection, gloves, etc.).

•Physical Requirements:

+ Regularly lift 5+ lbs. overhead; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and kneeling.
