    **1st shift** **:** 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

    **Pay** **:** $25-$35/hour ; Overtime: $37.50-$52.50/hour

    **Job Title** **:** Field Technicians

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced foreman to join our team in East Brunswick, NJ. The successful candidate will oversee and direct civil and commercial construction projects. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and extensive experience in civil and utility foreman construction, as well as commercial and industrial construction, particularly in pipe installation.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide oversight and direction for civil construction and new commercial construction projects.

    + Read and interpret blueprints effectively.

    + Operate heavy equipment, including excavators and dozers, using both CAT & DEERE controls.

    + Assist the crew with ground tasks as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Construction experience with troubleshooting capabilities.

    + Proficient in heavy equipment operation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with using lasers for pipe leveling.

    + Proficiency in operating Mini Excavator & Skid Steer equipment.

    + OSHA Certifications are a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
