    Description: A Long-Term Substitute Elementary Teacher will readily engage in data-directed teacher-to-teacher collaboration with grade level or subject area collaborative teams to identify and implement high-impact, differentiated core (Tier 1) instructional practices rooted in educational research to increase student achievement of essential standards and close learning gaps.     Job Qualifications

    + Preferred New York State Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 6, PreK-6, N-Grade 6) Teaching Certification or Equivalent, but will consider other highly qualified candidates.

    + Skilled at establishing and maintaining positive working relationships and a supportive learning environment

    + Successful experience with teacher-to-teacher and teacher-to-student collaboration
