    Major Responsibilities:

    + Dismantle a minimum of six (6) buses per week

    + Must be Familiar with Noregon laptop and engine / transmission diagnostic

    + removal of certain parts as indicated on work orders

    + Inspecting for quality control all parts inventoried (both warehouse and yard parts)

    + Marking all parts removed with vehicle stock#, then attaching correct tag.

    + Putting parts away into warehouse, scanning locations with barcode reader if applicable

    + Updating computer with completed vehicle status, vehicle location, parts locations, and updated quality control information.

    + Removing wheels and tires if applicable

    + Cleaning work area of all debris, scrap, spills, trash, etc. before starting next vehicle

    + Provide general assistance to external and internal customers as needed

    + Must have knowledge and use of welding equipment

    + Exhibits the highest ethical best practices and personal integrity; Shares concerns about suspicious or inappropriate behavior with their supervisor or manager

    + Other duties as assigned

     

    Pay range for this position is $22-$25 per hour.

    PTO and sick time accrual.

    Qualifications

    Job Qualifications:

    + 1-3 years of automotive or diesel experience preferred

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Vocational or Technical certification preferred

    + Working knowledge in the use of hand tools required

    + Be at least 18 years of age

    + Have or be able to obtain a Forklift operating license
