    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    + 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.

    + Experience in program and stakeholder management in a cross-functional capacity.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Experience with product pricing

    + Experience working within the Programmatic Advertising Landscape (i.e. Ad Tech providers, Supply Side Platforms, and programmatic sellers or buyers).

    + Knowledge of Google’s ad product offerings, sales teams, or service operations as well as the customer and engaging contexts related to the programmatic advertising space.

    + Ability to take data and insights and distill them into meaningful and coherent presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

    + Ability to work in a fast moving environment, while navigating ambiguity throughout the process.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex business or technical concepts internally.

     

    Within Global Partnerships, the Sellside organization works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google’s broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the Internet.

     

    As a Global Product Go-To-Market (pGTM) Lead for our Web Sellside Products, you'll be at the forefront of developing the long term strategy of Google Ad Manager at a pivotal point of ever-evolving digital advertising landscape, bringing new features to market and driving their success.

     

    In this role, you will lead the charge of developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Google Ad Manager, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will be an advocate for our partners, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value by understanding our existing and new partner cohort needs and the challenges. As the industry expert, you will analyze trends, appreciate the engaged landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and inform our product strategy.

     

    You will collaborate closely and influence Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product development, incorporate market feedback, and ensure product adoption. This includes crafting compelling go-to-market plans that encompass lead generation, business development and sales enablement, and partner communication.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     + Drive development of detailed Google Ad Manager Product go-to-market strategies for a rapidly changing industry and team environment, with a focus on shaping the future of the advertising business.

    + Compile, prioritize, and synthesize market and sales asks into global sales requirements that then drive the product development process for Google Ad Manager.

    + Co-develop Google Ad Manager-related product roadmap alongside cross-functional stakeholders to advance the advertising business.

    + Partner with Product, Engineering and other Cross-Functional stakeholders to align on Google Ad Manager Commercialization strategy.

    + Cultivate expert knowledge for our Programmatic Media landscape, and ad technology. Advocate for partners in product strategy discussions.
