JOB SUMMARY The Technical Product Manager will oversee the successful execution of the development and management of our core SaaS products, providing support and leadership to ensure the organization's goals are met. This position requires a deep understanding of engineering, strong product management skills, and effective communication abilities to drive strategic initiatives to successful outcomes. The position will work with a traditional Product, Engineering and hybrid LLM/ML teams to funnel technical AdTech and MarTech business requirements into user stories. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage end-to-end technical products, ensuring timely delivery, and quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on 60 sprints across multiple engineering pods, to translate technical specs into product business requirements and user stories. • Develop and maintain product plans, schedules, and resource allocation to align with objectives. • Create and implement product management plans, schedules, tools, monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth execution. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging retrospectives and feedback to enhance team performance. • Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status, risks, and key milestones. • Identify potential risks and issues associated with each product and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on product delivery. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in computer science with a background in engineering, Masters preferred. • 5-10 years' proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in Marketing and Advertising. • Experience working with multiple technical teams writing technical specs/stories for small and large LLMs. • Experience in Databricks, SQL queries, and cloud-based systems. • Proficient in Jira, Java, and third-party APIs. • Strong background in AI. • Strong understanding of LLM, ML, and traditional engineering technologies and systems. • Strong technical engineering skills and a product background . • Ability to think strategically and align technical initiatives with organizational goals. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Leadership and team management skills. • Proficient in producing and analyzing reports and metrics. • Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with different departments within the company and employees. • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information. • Must be able to identify and escalate non-technical issues to their immediate Supervisor or People Services department. • Requires the ability to prioritize work, meet stringent deadlines, balance multiple tasks and work in a team environment. • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment where personal initiative is a critical element to success. Technical environment  Databricks is the core repository / database o SQL in environment  Google Cloud Platform for cloud hosting and computing  Modern Javascript/Typescript frontend and Java Code  API based foundations – lot of 3rd party and 1st party integrations

They need a true technical product manager with experience with AI, ML, LLM, etc. experience. - Clarvos is focused on getting their SaaS AdTech MarTech Analytics product out to customers () and needs a strong sr. technical product manager to join their team to write and deliver technical specs/user stories to their engineering teams to increase their overall sprint velocity (2x as much) - This technical product manager will be focused on translating business requirements into technical requirements and user stories for their 3 pods of technical engineering teams to developer and deliver on o They will take the business requirements from 2 separate product managers (1 over each business segment – 1 for MarketingTech, 1 for AdTech) o This Technical Product Manager will then write and funnel the technical user stories and specs to the appropriate engineering pod/team based on what it is for o The future state is that they will have 3 different engineering pods that have different functions and areas they focus on (currently they just have the core 1 pod built out fully): 1. Core traditional software engineering staff for the core SaaS product/application (~14 engineers) 2. Hybrid Dept for Machine Learning and Software Engineering (~5 engineers) 3. LLM and ML Engineering (~5 engineers) - They are looking for someone who is very technical and understands technical system architecture and design frameworks, etc. o Someone who comes from a software engineering/technical background , computer science degree, development background , etc.  (i.e.) need to understand what Java can and can’t do, how long it takes a 3rd party API to integrate into their environment, how long a user story creation will take, understand the differencesin API frameworks, OpenAPI, Microservices, etc.  Robust understanding of engineering workflows (someone who can see it from a 30,000 foot view but also gets hands on technical)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
