Description:

+ Provide IS technical and client support for plant systems.

+ Work under the direction of the Plant Digital System Support Specialist.

+ Support corporate IS initiatives at the plant level, including IT hardware refreshes.

+ Assist users in identifying, evaluating, implementing, and maintaining computer-based solutions to business problems.

Ongoing responsibilities include support for Windows PCs, printers, virtual environments, network infrastructure, time clocks, barcode systems, phone systems, and paging systems.

Top Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency in Windows environments and networking.

+ Understanding of PC hardware refresh processes.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications:

+ Associate degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

+ 1–3 years of experience in IT/OT support.

+ Strong English language proficiency.

+ Ability to work safely and follow plant policies.

+ Effective time management and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams.

+ Capable of managing multiple priorities and escalating issues appropriately.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
