    Position Overview:

    Performs physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology or audiology assistance under the direct supervision of a therapist or audiologist. Conducts assigned department support work activities.

    EDUCATION

    _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._

     

    + HS Diploma

    + Bachelor's: Kinesiology or related field preferred

    CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

    + BLS Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

    + Restorative Aide Certification for applicable care setting.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

    + 6 mos-2 years IP or OP Rehab Clinic

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    + Requires critical thinking, problem solving, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

    + Must be able to work in a demanding environment, balance multiple priorities and take appropriate actions.

    + Computer proficiency in word processing/typing, basic application and hardware functions required for applicable care setting.

    Pay Range is $25.56 to $31.15 / hour
