    About the role

     

    Northern Montana Health Care is seeking a Montana licensed/license eligible General Surgeon to join a well-established hospital-based group. The selected General Surgeon will join a group of 38 medical providers treating a large catchment area along Montana's Hi-Line.

    Qualifications

    + Eligible candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the Montana Board of Medicine and Federal issued DEA, as well as possesses excellent surgical, and laparoscopic skills.

    + Experience is preferred, but exceptional new graduates will be considered.

    + J1 Visa, H1-B sponsorship is also available.

    + Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

     

    Salary range is commensurate with up to 10 years experience, and is in accordance with MGMA Guidelines for General Surgeons. Salary is guaranteed for two years; with the potential to earn more when ready to shift to our production payment model.

     

    A comprehensive benefits package includes 6 weeks of paid time off, CME, malpractice insurance paid by the organization; up to $5,000 CME allowance is also provided. Health, dental, life, disability and FLEX/HSA benefits available with 403-b option.
