    Technical Lead Analyst

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Technical Lead Analyst** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, resilient payment solutions and leading the technical execution of critical projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain robust software services and RESTful APIs that power mission-critical systems.

    What You Will Do:

    + Design, implement, and document scalable software architecture and components.

    + Develop and deploy features to non-production and production environments, ensuring proper monitoring is in place.

    + Write and maintain automated tests and perform test-driven development (TDD) for new features to ensure high-quality code.

    + Refactor and improve legacy code, identify and resolve technical debt, and enhance existing systems.

    + Create and optimize SQL and NoSQL data migration scripts; fine-tune queries for performance.

    + Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs with internal and external applications, including mobile, web dashboards, and payment devices.

    + Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and uphold software engineering best practices.

    + Collaborate with product teams to define project plans, timelines, and feature roadmaps.

    + Partner with infrastructure teams to design resilient, highly available data models and services.

    + Participate in the on-call rotation to triage and resolve production issues efficiently.

    + Work with customer support teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely, effective solutions.

    + Continuously identify opportunities for long-term system improvements to meet evolving business needs.

    What You Will Need to Have:

    + Proven experience designing and developing large-scale backend systems and APIs.

    + Strong expertise in **MySQL** , **NoSQL** , and writing performant queries and migration scripts.

    + Solid understanding of **RESTful API** design and integration with various clients and platforms.

    + Proficiency in software testing practices, including **automated testing** and **TDD** .

    + Experience with deploying and monitoring applications in **production environments** .

    + Ability to conduct **code reviews** , mentor developers, and drive quality improvements.

    + Effective collaboration skills to work across infrastructure, product, and support teams.

    + Experience supporting production systems and providing operational excellence.

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

    What would be nice to have:

    + Experience with **payment services or fintech applications** .

    + Familiarity with **DevOps practices** and monitoring tools.

    + Knowledge of **high availability and disaster recovery architectures** .

    + Strong communication and documentation skills.

     

    Salary Range

     

    $108,900.00 - $186,800.00
