Position Summary: We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving our HR strategy where you will spearhead the creation, development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and services. You'll oversee a range of HR activities for franchise restaurants to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and focus resources on core strengths for effective business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Resolve Human Resource-related issues including employee relations, employee complaints, performance management, recruiting/workforce planning, career development, and salary planning.
+ Keep the Employee Handbook updated with compliance.
+ Travel to our locations if needed.
+ Administration of benefit plans such as group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, retirement plans, medical leaves, etc.
+ Assist in posting and recruiting for new job openings.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices or regulations.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR and payroll management.
+ Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Paycor, Workday, TriNet Zenefits).
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
+ Certification such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) is a plus.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
