Job Description
Are you passionate about digital sourcing strategies, leveraging tools, and identifying top student talent focused on both targeted schools and a school-agnostic approach? Are you interested in designing CRM (candidate relationship management) techniques linked to overall measurement and outcomes of sourcing initiatives?
As a Sr. Sourcing Specialist on the Campus Recruiting team, key deliverables include the design and execution of diversity sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines based on enterprise hiring goals focused on early identification programs, internships, and entry-level positions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Design talent sourcing strategies to attract ideal candidates based on business needs.
+ Use all available resources to make data-driven recommendations and prioritize diversity in sourcing efforts.
+ Technical savviness and the comfort of measuring the success outcomes of digital tools.
+ Change management, advocacy, and training of new system features to the end users.
+ Interest in owning and driving the implementation of (potential) new digital platforms.
+ Experience using sourcing tools/platforms and CRM’s (e.g, Handshake, Yello, WayUp, etc.).
+ Digital marketing and drip campaigns – execution and content delivery.
+ Drive student behavior based on market intelligence in line with the company's EVP.
+ Successful sourcing strategies result in delivering qualified university students to the pipeline for early identification, intern and entry-level positions, as well as maintaining the firm's brand and image on university campuses.
+ Cultivate positive relationships with students throughout the digital candidate journey.
+ Flexibility and willingness to support central programs and activities, including (virtual) office visits, development programs, summer internships, and departmental and divisional initiatives.
+ Ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and firm compliance requirements throughout the recruiting process.
+ Has a focus on continuous improvement and the desire for problem-solving.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge of
+ Digital sourcing strategies and innovative ideas to attract a diverse population, leveraging tools and platforms.
+ Employment law and hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and metrics.
+ Firm-wide orientation and line orientation programs.
+ Firm’s recruiting policy, procedures, and databases.
+ Legal requirements and federal and state regulations related to employment.
+ EEOC and OFCCP regulations.
+ Uniform Guidelines and EEO.
+ Principles, practices, and procedures of human resources administration associated with employment, compensation, and classification.
+ Needs assessment concepts and processes.
+ Facilitation and presentation methods and techniques.
+ MS Office applications, experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g, Taleo, Workday, etc.).
Skill in
+ Experience using sourcing tools/platforms and CRM’s (e.g, Handshake, Yello, WayUp, etc.).
+ Digital marketing and drip campaigns – execution and content delivery.
+ Influencing recruiters and business advisors on how to advance student pipelines through the candidate hiring funnel.
+ Solid project management and multi-tasking abilities.
+ Event planning, coordination, and facilitation of virtual and in-person activities.
+ Support of Vendor partnership negotiations.
+ Verbal and written communication skills.
+ Creative thinking and writing proficiency.
+ Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to
+ Work independently developing digital sourcing strategies to convert student prospects to leads and applicants.
+ Take initiative and act proactively, follow up and follow through on all areas of responsibility, respond quickly to internal client requests and suggestions, anticipate internal and external client needs and plan accordingly, and have the ability to multitask.
+ Prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion.

Bachelor’s, Bachelor’s: Human Resources Management, Bachelor’s: Organizational Behavior Studies
