    CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist Salesforce Technical Operations for our client in Waukegan, IL

    **Location:** Waukegan, IL

    **Duration:** 12 months

    Duties:

    + Design scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.

    + Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to best practices.

    + Provide ongoing Application Management Services (AMS) support, including troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancements.

    + Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders for cohesive solution delivery.

    + Enforce data-governance, security, and integration standards.

    + Translate business needs into technical specifications; oversee configuration and customization.

    + Monitor and maintain Salesforce system health and performance.

    + Evaluate and introduce new Salesforce features for continuous improvement.

    Skills:

    + Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).

    + Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

    + Strong grasp of integration patterns and middleware tools.

    + Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and project-management abilities.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.

    Experience:

    + 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with 4+ years in a senior architect or lead role.

    + Proven success managing multiple Salesforce implementations and AMS engagements in consulting environments.

    + Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version-control tools.

    + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

    + Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) highly preferred.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00/hour to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
