Are you passionate about helping children thrive in a school setting? Amergis Healthcare is looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians and Classroom Aides to support students 1:1 or in small groups. You'll work alongside educators and behavioral specialists to foster academic success and positive behavior—every day is a chance to make a real impact!

As a vital part of the classroom team, you will:

+ Support students with behavioral and academic goals

+ Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies

+ Assist with speech, occupational, and physical therapy activities

+ Help students build independence in daily living skills

+ Provide crisis intervention and behavior management

+ Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and therapists

+ Maintain accurate documentation and data collection

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ 2+ years of pediatric or classroom experience (preferred)

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ CPR certification and health screening (as required)

+ A passion for helping students succeed!
