Position Summary
Oversees the performance of 10 Area Managers and 93 stores within the Region.
Note: Though total compensation will vary based on candidate's background and experiences, the expected range for this role will be between 175k -190k plus applicable bonus and incentives.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee the performance of multiple 10 Area Managers and 93 stores within the region
+ Champion company initiatives to support the company strategy and to deliver a high-performance, customer-centric culture Set performance goals tailored to each Area (teammates, Boss experience and retention and company financial targets)
+ Oversee and influence Area Manager (AM) decisions and business plans Build talent pipelines for future Area and Region Managers by fostering development opportunities for current Store and Area Managers
+ Ensure teammates adhere to company compliance goals (score card/dashboard)
+ Manage P&L for the Region in partnership with Region Finance Leader
+ Foster company-wide culture of safety to raise awareness and ultimately reduce teammate risk, claims and cost (shared with Division head)
+ Nurture customer-centric vision (Field /Operations) and communicate our promise to deliver best-in-class customer experience (Marketing)
+ Partner with other region and Store Support Center staff as needed to lead and manage needs of the region (Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
+ Minimum of 5-7 years experience leading a multi-unit/area including supervision of other multi-unit managers
+ Minimum 5-7 years of full P&L responsibility for an Area, District or Region
+ BS/BA Degree Strongly Preferred.
+ Proven success in leading and developing others
+ Automotive Industry experience preferred but not required
