    ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Electronic Warfare Technical Advisor** to join our Air Force / Space team at **Eglin AFB** . This is a Hybrid position

     

    The EW Technical Advisor’s primary function is to support the United States Air Force’s 53rd Wing Technical Support Services (53rd WTSS) contract.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Provide key advisory services to 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (SWW) leadership.

    + Provide vital technical oversight and guidance regarding manpower management and development of electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) and Electronic Warfare (EW) personnel/teams.

    + Serve as key advisor in support of the USAF’s EMSO Talent Management Working Group program and assist the SWW command team in other career field Developmental Team matters.

    + Evaluate all assigned duties for applicability to software-driven analytical tools and extension of 350th SWW operationalized data picture and integrate data metrics from all applicable assigned duties.

    + Ability to develop/monitor metrics on completeness, progress, and status of Air Force SAP Security programs and projects.

    + Ability to develop/monitor a comprehensive tracking mechanism for Air Force SAP Security project milestones.

    + Ensure success of Air Force SAPs by consulting with government and contractor stakeholders on project requirements, SAP security issues and milestone progress

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university. 2 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

    + 8+ years direct/related experience

    + MAJCOM Staff experience with direct involvement with EW/EMSO developmental teams.

    + Working knowledge of computer systems and an understanding of Windows based personal computers and Microsoft Office software; experience with the AF Talent Marketplace, MyVector and the Assignment Management System (AMS).

    + Knowledge of Defense Procurement and Acquisition processes highly desired

    Security Clearance:

    + Active/Valid Secret Clearance

    + Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI-eligible clearance

    + Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information

    + Willingness to submit to a Polygraph.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

    + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
