    Overview

    THE ROLE:

    The HR Data Analytics & Insights Manager is responsible for analyzing our people related data and provide actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making within the HR function. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and delivering data-backed observations that enhance our talent and overall HR effectiveness. A key component of this role is providing human capital and workforce insights to the Board of Directors, ensuring that the Board is informed about critical workforce metrics that impact our business success. The HR Analytics Manager must also be knowledgeable about market trends and be adept at using external data to inform additional actions for Herbalife’s Leadership team.

    HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

    + **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to HR leaders and stakeholders.

    + **Workforce Planning:** Support workforce planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights into workforce trends, headcount forecasting, talent and skills supply, and demand analysis.

    + **Talent Management:** Analyze data related to employee performance, key drivers of engagement, and retention to support talent management strategies and initiatives.

    + **HR Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations by analyzing data and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Help evaluate the value and impact of HR projects to ensure they support business goals and are financially responsible.

    + **Board Reporting:** Prepare and present human capital and workforce insights to the Board of Directors, highlighting key HR metrics and their implications for business strategy and performance.

    + **Market Trend Analysis:** Stay informed about current market trends and use market data to derive insights about workforce dynamics, compensation trends, and competitive positioning, and improve the relevance of our HR decisions.

    + **Collaboration:** Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights that support their strategic objectives.

    We are a Global People Analytics team,supporting HR initiatives across various markets globally including North America, Mexico, China, India, Europe & Africa & International (APAC, SAMCAM & RSM).

    Qualifications

    SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    Required Skills:

    + **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate into actionable insights.

    + **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

    + **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present data insights to non-technical stakeholders, including Board Members.

    + **Market Insight:** Ability to interpret market data and trends to inform workforce strategies and decisions.

    + **Problem-Solving:** Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive change through data-driven insights.

    + **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

    + **Experience:** 7 to 10 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR environment. Familiarity with common HR processes and systems (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Benefits).

    **Certifications:** Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus.
