Overview
THE ROLE:
As part of the global Total Rewards organization, the Senior Manager, Compensation will play a key role in designing and implementing new compensation programs and processes. This individual will lead a team of compensation professionals and contribute significantly to the success of the broader Total Rewards function. A major focus of this role will be supporting the transition to a globally aligned Center of Excellence (COE) model—helping to establish and sustain its framework. With several groundbreaking initiatives underway, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at Herbalife.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
+ Global Compensation Design: Develop and implement scalable, equitable, and market-competitive global compensation programs, frameworks, and policies.
+ Job Architecture & Leveling: Develop, maintain and evolve a consistent global job architecture and career framework to support growth and mobility.
+ Program Management: Lead annual compensation processes including merit cycles, salary structure updates, bonus programs, and long-term incentive planning.
+ Market Analysis: Conduct global market benchmarking and compensation analysis using data from industry surveys and internal analytics.
+ Compliance: Ensure compensation programs align with local labor laws and international compliance standards.
+ Business Partnership: Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management to provide compensation guidance on offers, promotions, and organization design.
+ Vendor & Tool Management: Manage relationships with compensation vendors and platforms, ensuring optimal tool usage and data integrity.
+ Education & Communication: Develop and deliver training and resources to all levels in the organization to promote understanding of compensation practices.
+ Support a variety of complex compensation programs and initiatives
+ Prepare reports and presentation materials involving complex information and data for various audiences.
+ Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Responsible for supervising a team of compensation analysts in various locations
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
+ 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.
+ Deep knowledge of global compensation practices, regulatory environments, and market trends.
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency with Excel and compensation tools (e.g., Mercer, Towers Watson, Payfactors, etc.).
+ Strong communicator with proven relationship management skills and the ability to work with executives and employees at all levels
+ Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, change management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
+ Experience in high-growth, multinational organizations preferred.
+ Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
