    Overview

    THE ROLE:

    Herbalife is seeking a dynamic Senior Producer/Editor with a strong passion for storytelling. The Senior Producer/Editorwill be able to gather, build and formulate content in addition to stepping in at times, as a hands-on video editorusing Adobe Premiere Pro software. Producing experiences that includes in-studio, on-location and liveproduction are required. In addition, this candidate will also possess strong editing abilities. Television, brandedcontent and commercial experience is helpful. This role demands resourceful problem-solving skills and theability to streamline production workflows while ensuring timely execution of high-quality edited content. Asuccessful candidate will bring sharp critical thinking and confident interpersonal skills to deliver on complexrequests, working seamlessly with internal partners and external vendors.

    HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

    + Build narratives that align with overarching business objectives and brand vision.

    + Lead cross-functional collaboration with directors, editors, designers, and executive stakeholders to definescope, allocate budgets, and manage timelines.

    + Lead all aspects of and guide the creative team, ensuring alignment across departments (stakeholders, legal,brand etc.) and steady progress toward project milestones.

    + Strategically source and lead freelance production teams, including videographers, editors, andtechnical specialists, to ensure quality and efficiency.

    + Edit non-linear video content (narrative storytelling, hype sizzles, social content, green screen,interviews etc.) using single or multi-camera timelines.

    + Curate and procure production assets such as music, templates, and licensed footage, whilemaintaining strong vendor relationships.

    + Uphold and refine quality control processes with a high degree of organization, ensuring meticulousdeliverables meet brand, creative, and compliance standards.

    + Research and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to improve production workflows andenhance live townhall events and studio content.

    + Possible domestic and international travel up to 20%.

    The Herbalife Creative Studio Team is a close-knit group of writers, designers, producers, editors, motion

     

    artists, project managers, and creative leaders collaborating to bring solutions to our internal partners, regionalcollaborators, and executive leadership team.

     

    Much like Herbalife Distributors, our Creative Studio brings a “No problem” demeanour to planning, execution,and delivery of a high volume of projects, often with fast turnarounds and modest budgets.

     

    Our work provides creative expression to sales and marketing materials, brand identity, internal and externalcommunications, social media, executive messaging, live events, and other Distributor experiences.

    Qualifications

    SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    + Proven experience with a Bachelor of Art degree in art, design, animation, media arts, film, television, or related field of study. Individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent experience, showcasing proficiency in the area of expertise, will also be considered.

    + Hands-on experience producing video content across a variety of formats including studioshoots, live events and on-location filming.

    + Professional experience with production contracts, permitting and release forms.

    + Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Encoder, Photoshop, etc.

    + Proficiency in project management software – ideally Workfront or related tool.

    + Understanding of naming conventions pertaining to asset management and export version tracking.

    + Familiarity with current production equipment including cameras, lighting and audio.

    + Adept knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Ability to work in office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday)

    + Ability to travel up to 20% (domestically and/or internationally)
