Data Engineer
Location - Bellevue, WA
Hybrid position - 3 days a week from office
TechnicalSkills:
+ Proficiencyin SQL Server / Azure SQL with strong SQL and ETL development skills
+ Solidexperience with SSIS and advanced SQL scripting
+ Workingknowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
+ Stronganalytical skills with a keen understanding of data quality principles
+ Abilityto draw business insights from data and connect various scenarios
+ Experienceworking in Agile/Scrum-based environments
+ Experienceworking in Azure technologies such as ADLS, Azure Data Factory, andSynapse is highly desirable
ExperienceRequired:
+ 6-8years of relevant industry experience.
AdditionalSkills:
+ Solidunderstanding of Data Management and Business Intelligence concepts,including Data Analysis, Analytics, OLAP Cubes, Reporting Technologies,and ETL processes
+ Priorexperience working within the Microsoft technology stack is a strongadvantage
+ Abilityto operate effectively in ambiguous situations and in fast-paced Agileenvironments
+ Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills
+ Highattention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshootingcapabilities
+ Hands-onexperience with SharePoint is a plus
KeyResponsibilities:
+ Providein-depth troubleshooting and technical expertise in identifying andresolving data-related issues affecting key metrics
+ Implementproactive measures to monitor and improve data quality
+ Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather, validate, and confirm project requirements
+ Participatein user acceptance testing and validation of business functionality
+ Serveas a point of support for users with data-related queries or issues
+ Documentbusiness processes, assist partner teams, and contribute to user trainingefforts
+ Identifyand resolve data discrepancies, delivering actionable businessintelligence insights
+ MonitorETL processes and address failures promptly
+ Troubleshootcomplex data issues escalated beyond Tier 1 support
+ Provideflexible support for production issues during off-hours as needed
+ Communicateongoing data issues and incidents to business stakeholders

salary range for the tagged location is $ 100000 - 120000 per annum. This role
may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus,
or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off,
medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible
employees.
