    + Ownand lead the ongoing end-to-end efforts to understand complianceregulations and customer requirements globally

    + Ownand lead the ongoing end-to-end efforts to identify customer requirementsand provide data to customers in a timely, cost effective and efficientmanner.

    + Leadcross functional coordination of all scoping activities (e.g., businessrequirements, cost estimation, capital appropriation request developmentetc.)

    + Engageappropriate stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, OperatingCompanies) to interpret components of the requirements and developprocesses to develop future state processes that drive compliance toregulations / customer requirements.

    + Partnerwith regional teams to prioritize regional portfolio for implementationsand drive regional/local engagement.

    + Identifytechnologies to improve operational processes, data quality and customercompliance

    + Ensureall Work Instructions are aligned for operational excellence according toGxP.

    + Augmentand maintain comprehensive metrics and track issues, problem solvingresolutions, contingency plans, and timelines to communicate tostakeholders.

    + Serveas SME for key stakeholder partners including IT, Commercial, CustomerService, Distribution, Customers, Master Data, Internal and ExternalManufacturers, Trade, etc.

    + Supportglobal leadership team in activities related to global strategy, tacticalactions, and financial management.

    + Representthe DI&T programs within the local business, IT, and supply chainorganizations.

    + Develop,align with business, and execute opportunities to leverage thesecapabilities to deliver value, to and its partners, beyondcustomer compliance.

    + Keepabreast of new/existing regulations and pending regulations for othercountries.

    + Keepabreast of new/existing customer requirements.

    + Workwith Organizational Change Management and Communications team members todevelop appropriate documents for internal and external stakeholders.

    + Identifyopportunities for value creation for the business and customers/partners;execute them as prioritized.

    Job Description:

    + Minimumof 4 Years of Experience in Digital Identification and Traceability,Preferably in Supply Chain

    + ExpertiseIn Data Analytics and Data Management, Particularly in ImplementingTraceability Systems and Processes.

    + Provenunderstanding of Serialization, UDI, 2D Barcodes

    + ProvenLeadership Skills, With the ability to manage Cross-Functional teams anddrive Projects to completion on time and within budget.

    + Experiencewith industry standards such as GS1 (Global Standards organization)

    + Understandingof end-to-end Supply Chain interactions, interdependencies, and end-to-endbusiness/IT architecture

    + Abilityto understand the cultural and change management requirements and impactinherent in a large, complex organizational change initiative
