Summary About the Position: This position is located at Defense Health Agency, Program Executive Office - Medical Systems / J-6 Solutions Delivery Position will be filled at Orange County, Orlando, FL Note: Situational telework only; regular telework is not authorized. Responsibilities Manages program acquisition lifecycle (development to sustainment) and multi-million-dollar budgets. Collaborates with external DoD/Federal stakeholders and leads internal teams for program execution. Develops and analyzes program plans, budgets, and performance to meet mission needs. Directs supporting activities and oversees program integration and lifecycle documentation. Supervises personnel, manages performance, and ensures EEO principles in personnel management. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Managing program acquisition lifecycle (development to sustainment) and multi-million-dollar budgets; (2) Developing and analyzing program plans, budgets, and performance to meet mission needs; (3) Supervising or leading personnel, managing performance, and ensuring EEO principles in personnel management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03/GS-13. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Leadership Oral Communication Project Management Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959 must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. One year trial/probationary period may be required. Direct Deposit of Pay is required. This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
