Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Solutions Designer to join Zions Bancorporation. The Solutions Designer plays a key role in building our Citizen Developer Program. This role will involve training, supporting, and developing projects on UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps. This person will have a significant impact on the success of our Citizen Developer course and the overall productivity of our team.
The Solutions Designer will:
+ Develop and deliver training programs for Citizen Developers to ensure they are proficient in UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
+ Provide ongoing support and guidance to Citizen Developers, helping them to follow best practices and achieve their project goals.
+ Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
+ Design and implement solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps to meet business needs.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automation technologies and best practices.
+ Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
+ Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications :
+ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solution design, preferably with a focus on automation technologies.
+ Proficiency in UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
+ 2+ years experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
+ Previous Solution Engineer/Architect or Solution Design experience preferred.
+ Conceptual understanding of data governance capabilities (e.g. data catalog, classification, profiling, data sharing)
+ Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.
+ Experience with documenting procedures.
+ Strong understanding of best practices in solution design and development.
+ Excellent communication and training skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Location :
This position has a hybrid work-from-home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
