    Responsibilities

    + Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.

    + Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.

    + Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.

    + Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.

    + All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.

    + Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

    + Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.

    + Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.

    + Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies

    + If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License
