Primary Job Responsibilities

+ Greet customers.

+ Answer questions.

+ Provide community tours.

+ Take registrations.

+ Attend Sales-oriented events and special functions.

+ Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including but not limited to:

+ Traffic-building events (i.e.: barbecues, theme parties, entertainment functions, demonstrations and promotional events open to the public)

+ New phase releases, grand openings and groundbreaking events

+ National sales events

+ Informational seminars

+ Resident relations events

+ Community relations events (Local Chamber or other Organizations, etc.)

+ Realtor events

+ Testimonials/interviews for use in ads, website, mailings

+ Reference list for Prospects

+ Other duties as assigned.

+ A resident of Del Webb community

Required Skills/Knowledge

+ Familiarity with the community's features, amenities, and offerings

+ Basic proficiency in using computer systems

+ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing

+ Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment
