    Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications & services. Works on developing features and applications hosted on Azure Cloud with a team of talented engineers focused on solving our customer’s top challenges.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    In this role, you will:

    + Collaborate with system engineers, software developers and architects to implement solutions within the Aviation Software platforms

    + Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques

    + Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology of choice

    + Build features such as web UI, web services and APIs

    + Understand performance parameters and assess application performance

    + Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice

    + Ensure software solutions comply with industry security standards and best practices

    Education Qualification

    + For roles in USA:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 5+ years of experience

    Desired** **Technical** **Expertise:

    + Experience with languages/technologies such as Windows, C#, and Javascript

    + Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Vue, SolidJS

    + Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps

    + Experience with relational or cloud native databases

    + Aware of and able to apply continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts

    + General understanding of the impacts of technology choices to the software development life cycle

    + Experience in automated testing tools as Selenium, Jest or NUnit

    Business Acumen:

    + Understands the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team

    + Displays understanding of the project's value proposition for the customer. Shows commitment to deliver the best value proposition for the targeted customer

    + Learns organization vision statement and decision-making framework. Able to understand how team and personal goals/objectives contribute to the organization vision
