Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an experience **General Manager/Chef Manager** for **Brown Health** located in **Providence, RI.** This position will be responsible for a corporate cafeteria serving breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday, as well as catering operations. The manager will oversee a small team of hourly employees.

What You'll Do

+ have oversight of day-to-day operations in the cafeteria, overseeing hourly associates

+ deliver high quality food service

+ develop and maintain effective client and customer relationships

+ plan all menus and adjust accordingly with business needs, place orders/maintain inventory

+ meet all financial objectives for the account

+ ensure Sodexo standards are met

What You Bring

+ have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance

+ can manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional communication skills with executive leadership

+ a strong understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, and inventory

+ ServSafe certified as well as working knowledge of HACCP and experience with Health and Safety audits
