We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing our sales compensation processes using Xactly Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to ensure accurate compensation calculations, insightful analysis, and proactive forecasting that supports business objectives and sales effectiveness.
You will:
+ Administer and maintain the Xactly ICM system to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and reporting. Including but not limited to:
+ Prepare Xactly load files with quotas, credits, adjustments, and other key information
+ Provide support with various adjustments and calculation cycles
+ Administer MBOs, monthly commissions, and SPIF payouts
+ Manage compensation plan setup, crediting logic, and payout rules within Xactly.
+ Partner with Sales and Finance to support accruals and forecasting of commission expenses and assess compensation plan effectiveness.
+ Perform commission modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential changes to compensation plans.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate sales performance data.
+ Develop and distribute dashboards, reports, and analytics to stakeholders on compensation metrics and trends.
+ Assist with audits and compliance reviews related to sales compensation.
+ Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within sales compensation workflows.
+ Ensure alignment of compensation plans with business goals and territory structures.

About you:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or sales operations roles.
+ Hands-on experience with Xactly ICM (setup, administration, and reporting).
+ Strong analytical and forecasting skills, especially related to variable compensation modeling.
+ Proficient in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
+ High attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and process optimization.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience supporting global or multi-region sales compensation plans.
+ Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, or other CRM/data warehouse systems.
+ Knowledge of incentive plan design and compensation governance best practices.
_The approximate annual base compensation range is $_ _122,500_ _to $144,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team._
