Position Description:
Supports activities related to faculty recruitment, onboarding, appointment, promotion, and tenure. Provides administrative support to the Office of the FGSBS.

Major/Essential Functions:
+ Schedules, coordinates, and confirms applicant interviews for all FGSBS faculty and staff vacant positions. Supports onboarding efforts.
+ Supports faculty and staff onboarding activities. Assists in activities related to faculty appointments, promotions, and tenure.
+ Creates and updates faculty databases. Provides information and creates reports as requested.
+ Coordinates all travel arrangements associated with the FGSBS office faculty and staff.
+ Processes purchases, reimbursements, and invoices on behalf of the FGSBS.
+ Assist leadership with the implementation of assessment tools, such as faculty/course evaluations and faculty hours.
+ Provides administrative support on behalf of the FGSBS. Maintains, orders, and stocks office supplies and consumables. Responsible for keeping track of the inventory.
+ Facilitates the coordination of events such as new student orientation, commencement, and other FGSBS activities.
+ Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.
+ Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution.
+ Perform all other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience managing sensitive information.
+ Familiar with faculty/staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
+ Able to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.
+ Solid organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines efficiently, and be attentive to detail.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay Statement:
