    **Job Type:** Full-time Consultant (12-Month Contract)

    **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

    **Pay Rate:** $56.78 – $71.11 per hour

    **Work Environment:** 100% Onsite

    PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a **Systems Engineer – Airframe Integration & Verification (I&V)** to support one of the most advanced aircraft platforms in modern aviation: the **T-7 program** . Based in the fast-growing St. Louis aerospace hub, you’ll be part of a high-performing Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) team ensuring that critical airframe systems meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and innovation.

    What You'll Do

    + Lead the **integration and verification of airframe systems** , ensuring they meet all performance, safety, and regulatory requirements

    + Participate in **flight test readiness** , including test planning, matrix development, and execution coordination

    + Work closely with **flight test teams** , collecting and analyzing data to verify results and support improvements

    + Collaborate with **design, manufacturing, and quality teams** to resolve integration challenges

    + Contribute to the development of **specifications and requirements documentation**

    + Analyze test data, recommend design optimizations, and drive continuous improvement

    + Support design reviews with a focus on manufacturability and testability

    + **Mentor junior engineers** and share best practices across engineering teams

    + Stay current with cutting-edge tools, industry standards, and aerospace technologies

    + Provide regular task updates and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, or a related technical discipline

    + 2–4 years of experience in **airframe systems integration and verification**

    + Deep understanding of **airframe structures, materials, and systems**

    + Experience with **test planning** , execution, and data interpretation

    + Strong communication skills and a **collaborative mindset**

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with **T-7 platform** or other advanced aerospace programs

    + Familiarity with **systems engineering principles and MBSE methodologies**

    + Knowledge of **FAA, MIL-STD** , or other regulatory standards for aircraft testing

    + Proficiency in **simulation, modeling, and analysis tools**

    **Pay Details:** $56.78 to $71.11 per hour
