With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.
The Orthopedics Department is trained to handle the most common of injuries, from sprains, broken bones and sports injuries, to specialized conditions such as arthritis and congenital disorders. Our multi-disciplinary team includes fellowship-trained orthopedic physicians, rheumatologists, physical therapists, nurses and other health care providers that specialize in treating a wide range of injuries in children and adults.
As the Supervisor of Clinic Operations, you will provide essential oversight to ensure that Pali Momi patients receive the highest quality care at our Orthopedics department. In this role you will supervise and administer the day-to-day operations, including the oversight of patient care activity. You will be guided by the process of integrating organizational and clinic service philosophy and objectives. **Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in health related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years progressive clinic operations experience. Demonstrated leadership ability, including a flexible approach, good planning, organizational skills, and follow-through. Customer service oriented and has the ability and desire to promote good interpersonal relationships.
**Preferred Qualifications:** Current Hawaii Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license. Health care management experience. Budget financial experience. Knowledge of International Classification of Diseases 10th edition (ICD-10) and current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding. IDX system application knowledge.
