With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.
The Orthopedics Department is trained to handle the most common of injuries, from sprains, broken bones and sports injuries, to specialized conditions such as arthritis and congenital disorders. Our multi-disciplinary team includes fellowship-trained orthopedic physicians, rheumatologists, physical therapists, nurses and other health care providers that specialize in treating a wide range of injuries in children and adults.
If you are skilled at integrating diverse processes and organizational services, you might be the ideal candidate for our Clinic Department Manager position. In this role, you would integrate organizational and clinical service philosophy and objectives into the management of patient care delivery activities so that our performance consistently surpasses its own standards of excellence. We are looking for someone with a great sense of detail and protocol, outstanding organizational and planning skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

**Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Health related discipline/field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years of leadership, management or supervisory experience in a health care environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree. Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License. Health care management; budget/financial experience. ICD-9 and CPT coding experience.
