Job Title:   Salesforce Developer

Position Type:  Full time

Responsibilities and Duties

+ Working with the client on project enhancements and sprint items.

+ Proficient in Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & CRMA.

+ Strong experience in building customer and partner communities.

+ Providing architecture support, thought leadership, training/coaching, and doing hands-on development.

+ Hands on experience in implementing CRMA recipes & dashboards.

+ Strong experience with Sales and Service Cloud

+ Strong Implementation skills using declarative programming/Omni Studio

+ Strong skills on Apex programming, writing test classes, batch processes and building LWC components

+ Design, Develop integrations and support the implementations post go-live

+ Strong skills to handle data migration from legacy or 3rd party systems into Salesforce.

Skills:

+ Significant technical and business process consulting experience

+ Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required

+ 7+ years of Salesforce CRM experience

+ 3-4 years’ experience working with customer data, ideally integrated into a Salesforce CRM system or Data Warehouse environment.

+ Expertise providing solution architecture and design for different Cloud solutions

+ Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems

+ Degree in a Computer Science, Business Administration, OR equivalent Salesforce experience
