What you'll do...
Position Summary:
This role on the Health and Wellness Ops Acceleration team will be a key partner to drive acceleration of strategic roadmap priorities alongside product/tech. Responsibilities will include discovery efforts on business initiatives as well as development of business cases and securing funding (where applicable).
About the team:
The Ops Acceleration team is one of four pillars in the H&W End-to-End Operations and Support organization responsible for bringing the strategy to life for our associates and customers. The Acceleration team is responsible for the inputs and outputs of the broader organization for increased productivity and rapid response.
What you’ll do:
+ Partner with product, technology, and design as H&W business representation to identify high-level requirements for strategic roadmap priorities
+ Create program charter with business recommendations for strategic framework (business problem, high-level solutions, OKRs, value) in partnership with business strategy leads
+ Create strategic roadmap at initiative/feature level to detail high-level sequencing of priorities across programs/initiatives
+ Communicate value of strategic priorities with simplified connection to transformational strategy
+ Collaborate with End to End pillar partners to detail cross-functional dependencies with stakeholder groups

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
