Production Operator

Responsible for operating all production equipment, managing scrap, and maintaining high productivity levels. Employees sustain a positive team environment, a focus on Safety, Quality Assurance, and Efficiency.
Compensation:
+ Wage: $25.02 an hour
+ Shift:
+ Day shift 5:45am – 2:00pm
+ Swing shift 1:45pm – 10:00pm
+ Graveyard shift 9:45pm – 6:00am
+ There will be a $.90 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift
_Training is completed on the 1st shift._
Job Duties:
+ Run efficient production lines, problem-solving to ensure products meet quality specifications, including checking product and equipment frequently, making immediate adjustments or changes to lines when needed.
+ Keep lines and production floor clean and free of debris and stocked for the incoming shift.
+ Consistently communicate problems or needs with the supervisor and assistant supervisor, and communicate with all team members.
+ Work closely with team members to be more efficient, troubleshooting problems and helping find new or better solutions, and ask for help when needed.
+ Participate in and promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement events and ideas.
+ High School diploma or GED preferred
+ One-year manufacturing experience preferred
+ Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
+ Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computer entry
+ Must be able to work night shifts and weekends.
+ Annual incentive bonus can be as much as 21% of annual wages.

Provided is the pay rate for this position, which is $25.02 per hour, plus a 2nd and 3rd shift differential of $.90/hr. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 7% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.
