A Typical Day for a Certified Medication Manager:

+ Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals

+ Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment

+ Conduct routine health monitoring

+ Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities

+ Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols

+ Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care

Compensation:

+ Starting wage is $18.76 per hour. **_The starting pay rate will be based on experience._**

Shift Differentials:

+ Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr

+ Night Shift: Additional $4.00/hr

+ Weekends: Additional $1.00/hr
