    **Location:** Mountville PA 17554

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

    **Employment Type:** Full-time (Temp-Perm) $22/hr after conversion

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Order Selector to join our cold storage operations team. This role is based in a **freezer warehouse environment** , and is responsible for accurately assembling and selecting product cases for store orders. Candidates must be comfortable working in **cold temperatures** while using warehouse management systems, pallet jacks, and lift trucks to stage and prepare orders for shipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Select and assemble product cases from designated pick slots based on store orders.

    + Operate within a cold storage/freezer environment, following all safety protocols.

    + Load voice templates into warehouse management systems to begin order picking.

    + Conduct vehicle and equipment safety checks and report any issues to supervision.

    + Properly label and identify all cases and pallets before staging or shipment.

    + Wrap and secure selected pallets, applying shipping labels as required.

    + Move completed pallets from picking areas to dock doors or staging zones.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of freezer and warehouse workspaces.

    + Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

    + Meet productivity and accuracy goals consistently.

    + Perform other duties as assigned, including tasks beyond primary responsibilities.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of warehouse experience.

    + Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

    + Willingness to work in freezer conditions for extended periods.

    + Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and overtime.

    + Strong attention to detail with basic math skills.

    + Familiarity with warehouse layouts and WMS systems preferred.

    + Skilled in operating RF scanners and warehouse vehicles (pallet jacks, lift trucks).

    + Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

    + Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing.

    + Comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures and wearing appropriate PPE.

    + Requires manual dexterity, repetitive motions, and ability to work in physically demanding conditions.

    Tools and Technology:

    + Warehouse management system and RF scanning devices

    + Manual and powered pallet jacks

    + Sit-down and stand-up high-lift trucks
