    Our Talent Care Supervisor is accountable for:

    + Fostering an environment where the team can succeed; sets boundaries and removes barriers.

    + Working in a fast paced, intense work culture and adapting to constant changes and competing priorities.

    + Acting with urgency and driving growth by being a true strategic partner to the business, client and employees

    Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

    + Understanding HR/staffing practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management required

    + Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web based ATS/sales technology required

    + Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time

    + Always communicate concisely and professionally with multiple levels of management and contingent employees

    + Overseeing a team and jumping in to handle contingent employees

     

    Seeking minimum of 5 years of talent/employee management and customer/client services is required
