    ** Virtual role- must be based in the South Central Region **

     

    Our** **Sr.** **Talent Supply Chain Consultant** **is accountable for:

     

    + Performing consultation call with hiring managers to assess needs and best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent

    + Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.

    + Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues. Escalate as appropriate.

    + Work closely with Operations Director to manage day-to-day with TSCC team.

    + Represent Kelly on local and global projects (e.g., Supplier Summits, Client Facing Projects, Team/Supplier/Hiring Manager Trainings, MRAs, etc.)

    + Lead team meetings

    + Ensure all program SLAs (service level agreement) are met

    Essential Skills:

    + 3-5 years recruiting, MSP/Vendor Management experience or staffing experience.

    + A strong understanding of vendor management tools. (Fieldglass preferred)

    + Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers.

    + Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills.

    + Strong presentation skills - both preparing decks and presenting internally, identifying trends/data story and present solutions/process improvements

    + Technology savvy, Google Suite, PowerBI, MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

     

    Position is Virtual- must be located in the South Central Region. Also must be open to** **travel as needed.
