In this position, the **Vice President, ADP Lyric HCM Enablement** will oversee and lead the operations and enablement of the ADP Lyric HCM ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for executing technical and organizational initiatives and programs. You will have direct responsibility for questioning the status quo and identifying opportunities to improve the associate and client experience. You will strive to improve the operational efficiency of processes, tools and products for ADP Lyric HCM, proactively engaging with business unit and internal stakeholders along the way. You will lead and motivate a high performing organization by providing teams with the support and resources they need to successfully drive a positive client experience, retention and business growth.
The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help drive the success of the ADP Lyric HCM associates and clients. You will track the work activities of assigned duties pertaining to the development, implementation, and execution of a wide variety of initiatives used to support the growth of the business units focused on ADP Lyric HCM: Implementation, Service, Project Services, Talent, among others. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide.
To thrive in this **Vice President** role, you will work closely with senior leaders to identify risks in proposals, build consensus and explain difficult information. You will be an external thought leader that can influence the strategy to address internal or external business and regulatory issues, proactively identify and solve the most complex problems that impact management and direction of the business. You will gather and utilize information from other areas of ADP that may benefit ADP Lyric HCM. This role functions as a liaison between and among various departments and business units in order to effectively ensure that our associates, leaders, and clients have the right support and strategic focus. Complete knowledge of the ADP organization and systems are required. You may conduct or facilitate periodic reviews of achievements and performance against strategic plans.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:** _Responsibilities_
+ Manage a team of 5-7 direct reports; ~150 indirects both offshore and domestic.
+ Act as the Enablement and Operations Leader, reporting to the Vice President, ADP Lyric HCM.
+ Have direct responsibility and support of the ADP Lyric HCM enablement teams to meet overall program objectives and drive business strategy and vision.
+ Use strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the operations of ADP Lyric HCM.
+ Fosters strong collaboration with internal partners including Product, Sales, Operations, Implementation, Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Learning, etc.
+ Understands and influences divisional and business unit initiatives in order to effectively drive last mile execution tailored for ADP Lyric HCM.
+ Identifies and owns operational and enablement programs for ADP Lyric HCM that drive an enhanced associate and client experience.
+ Utilizes business and technical acumen and knowledge of ADP Lyric HCM processes, product and organization structure to influence others, directly and indirectly, to achieve results.
+ Continuously partners with stakeholders to understand and translate business objectives and areas of opportunity.
+ Drives and implements end to end process excellence initiatives.
+ Work with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress toward goals.
+ Identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within business processes.
+ Provide VP and other senior leaders with insight and analysis on operations.
+ Assist with assessing the risk when business decisions are made.
+ Provide support and oversight and/or leadership for special projects and business initiatives from ideation to implementation.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Requirements_
+ We support a hybrid flexible work arrangement; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
+ BA/BS in Business Administration, or the equivalent in education and experience.
+ Ideal candidate has experience in having led or stood up large enablement organizations (high pressure/high growth).
+ 15+ years in a business environment with hands on experience in management of service and operational teams.
+ Leader of Leader experience.
+ Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
+ Extensive experience in operations or process improvement, with in-depth knowledge of delivering a high-quality client experience.
+ Creative thinking with strong degree of adaptability and flexibility and one who thrives in an environment of continuous change and growth.
+ Experience leading in a large matrixed organization.
+ Excellent time management, project management and change management skills.
+ Must be recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, communication, business acumen and planning capabilities.
+ Proven partnership with other senior-level functional leaders to achieve results.
+ Ability to communicate strategy and create a shared vision.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $184,900.00 - $309,600.00 / Year
