**Description:** You will be the Software Quality Engineer for Lockheed Martin's PAC\-3 program in Grand Prairie, TX\. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of software systems, and we're seeking a motivated and driven Software Quality Engineer to join our Systems & Software Quality Engineering \(SSQE\) team\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the development of high\-quality software systems, working closely with systems and software development personnel, test and evaluation personnel, and project managers\. You will ensure compliance with AS9100 Quality Management System, CMMI, Agile Development, and program requirements\.
Your responsibilities will include:
\-Reviewing and approving systems, software, and test equipment requirements, design, and test documentation
\-Identifying root causes and corrective actions, evaluating process and product performance
\-Participating in program activities to ensure compliance with contractual and company requirements
\-Evaluating data to identify systemic issues and trends
\-Participating in software change control process boards

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.
Basic Qualifications:
STEM degree at bachelors level or higher, preferably in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Demonstrated basic understanding of audit techniques
Ability to interpret Schematic Drawings, Specifications, Contracts that will enable development and review of Systems & Software QE Processes, and related Performance Metrics
Software Quality or Engineering experience in Requirements Analysis, Design/Development, Product Integration and Test
Good understanding of software dependencies, process flow and development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex
Ability to interpret software design and code \(C/C\+\+\) to verify implementation of requirements
Test Equipment Hardware knowledge or background
Effective Communication Skills: Written, Oral, Listening, Presentation, Technical Writing
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc\.
Desired Skills:
Certified Software Quality Engineer \(ASQ CSQE\)
Strong knowledge of Industry recognized Quality systems/models such as Capability Maturity Model Integrated \(CMMI\), International \(ISO\), aerospace \(AS\), and Agile Development
Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
Experience with Government customers
Experience with Earned Value Management System Cost Account Management \(EVMS CAM\)
Experience with industry standard tools such as RAZOR, JIRA, Code Collaborator, Accurev
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
