What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Engineer – Level 3 on the F\-35 Supply Readiness Agile Team \(S\-Rate\), you will play a pivotal role in improving supply chain performance by leveraging data analytics, visualization tools, and cross\-functional collaboration\. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply technical expertise to identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and lead projects that enhance fleet readiness and support one of the most advanced sustainment programs in the defense industry\.
Key Responsibilities
\- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualization tools to track key performance indicators \(KPIs\) and drive continuous improvement\.
\- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast potential issues, and proactively recommend solutions\.
\- Lead root cause and corrective action \(RCCA\) investigations and manage the implementation of improvement initiatives\.
\- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, program management, engineering, IT, and customer representatives, ensuring alignment and visibility across projects\.
\- Create and present detailed reports that influence decision\-making at the executive level\.
\- Ensure data integrity through validation processes and effective management of reporting tools and databases\.
\- Support ad\-hoc analysis requests from senior leadership and deliver well\-researched, data\-backed findings\.
\- Design and implement innovative systems and processes to automate reporting, streamline analysis, and improve operational effectiveness\.

Basic Qualifications:
\- Bachelor’s degree
\- Data Analytic and/or Project Management experience
\- Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Management experience
Desired Skills:
\- Programming experience and demonstrated proficiency with at least one modern data software language: SQL, Python, & R, etc\.
\- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Self\-Service, QlikView, PowerBI, or other similar tools
\- Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root\-Cause Corrective\-Action \(RCCA\) efforts
\- Understanding of performance metric measures or KPI reporting techniques a plus
\- Experience facilitating/presenting in large meetings is a plus

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
